It takes approximately 1,100 pop tabs to equal one pound. We typically receive between $0.40 to $0.50 per pound. This program brings in an average of $3,000 each year.”

We accept more than just soda pop tabs! They can come from any aluminum can, such as energy drinks, vegetables, soup, etc
Our Pop Tab program provides revenue that can assist the donations that families cannot make. It costs $100 per night to house one family at RMHSNJ. That is a total of $2.500 a night when our 25 bedroom House is full. We ask for a $15 per night room contribution from our families, but no family is turned away based on the inability to pay.
